Due to recent issues regarding Covid-19, we are going to be asking you to follow some new procedures so we can all stay safe and healthy.
For Daycare Services:
Temporary Daycare Hours effective 3/22/20:
Saturday & Sunday: 10a-3p
Monday-Friday: 7a-7p (no changes)
If you have a daycare appointment, please call when you arrive and when picking up. We will come out to your car to pick up or drop off your pup.
If you need to pay and you don’t have a pass, you can pay over the phone or use a card on file. We can add a card of file over the phone as well. Please let us know if you would like a receipt brought out to you.
No cash or checks please, unless absolutely necessary.
For pool services:
Temporary Pool Hours effective 3/22/20:
Sunday: 10a-noon for Reserved Swimming; noon-3p for Open Swimming.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 1p-7p Open Swimming
Wednesday: 3p-7p Reserved Swimming
Saturday: 10a-3p Open Swimming

Please allow us to sign in for you. No signature required.
No unnecessary guests at the pool. One client per dog, if possible. We are restricting the pool deck access to 4 people in order to follow social distancing suggestions. Additional guests per dog may be asked to stand on the floor next to the pool if limits are met on the pool deck.
We are offering the option to reserve a time during open swimming hours. Please call ahead to schedule the appointment. Once scheduled, any missed appointments will be charged 50% of the price of the swim. Please indicate how many people will be attending the appointment at the time of the call.
Please practice social distancing when interacting with staff and other clients.
